The new reception area of Turner House was completed at the end of April 2004. The refurbished area with its ground breaking design uses a combination of high quality finishes to achieve a clean minimalist environment. Bespoke etched glass walling panels carry plasma screens, limestone flooring, bespoke darkwood reception desk and seating (designed, manufactured and installed by Woodworks) and dramatic central lighting feature add to the efect.
Due to the high security constraints of the building and the fact that it remained totally operational throughout, much of the work was undertaken 'out of hours'.
