Phased re-fit of occupied offices for U.S. based technology company.
Complete reconfiguration of space on 3 floors comprising construction, joinery manufacture and installation, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, mechanical and electrical installations.
Brennan was totally responsible for the design, construction and turnkey delivery of the project including design, manufacture and installation of bespoke joinery items.
The project was handed over several weeks early, within budget.
