Creation of a 15,000sq. ft extension to an existing trading branch to create the largest Wickes trading store in the UK.
The works incorporated creation of an outdoor trading centre, office block, new showroom area, entrance pod and major external works including re-configuration of the car park.
All internal fit-out including kitchens, bathrooms and conservatories. All new M & E. all work undertaken in an operational environment.
